Tier transcendance asking for souls though i have enough powestones? Normal?

You need 100 souls to transcend. It's a requirement to proceed.
My advice is do not use powerstones on a low tier sword cause it will be a waste.
You'll gonna get a better sword from the shop when you reach higher levels and by then the sword you have now will be useless. The best way is to save powerstones and use it for a Unique sword cause it's where you will benefit the most. Especially now it's very hard to collect these days 😑
