And side questions, is it more important to upgrade sword or armour?

Yes the 30 soul you get are bonus after every 3 days.
And upgrading sword will increase you damage and armour and acces will increase your stats (you ATK and DEF) .

I think its weakly reward......as for Upgrading Sword, will increse your Attack power(Stats) and Upgrading Shldr and Helm increase Defence Power(Stats)...And as for Upgrading Ring and Amulet, It will increase protection/resistance against buff damage like Stun (Immobilized), take damage +50%, Attack damage -50% etc.

It was called daily rewards or daily gifts some years back. Today you will receive it twice a week. Comes every wednesday and saturday (eastern time) on normal occasions. So check your inbox from time to time to avoid missing gifts because it will expire if not claimed within the time period.
