In your old phone, you should have saved your game using the cloud save from your lobby screen in order to protect your present status before transfering to a new phone. Your last save will be the one to load on your new phone.
After installing the game to a new phone, the game will ask you which account to be used so it's important that you are logged-in to the google account that you used to play the game in your old phone.

If you're still having some problems then contact Nanoo using the Support function that is found on the Settings menu on your lobby screen. Click the "Get Help" button and fill out necessary information including the details of the problem then click save.
They probably have the best solution so far to your problem at this point cause they made the game.
