Yes you can get uniques when you defeat bosses in inferno mode. Bosses have higher chances to acquire because of more item drops per round. But do not expect it to drop instantly cause it drops VERY RARE. Sometimes it take weeks or months of playing and lots of stamina to even get one piece. The key here is "patience" like I always say. If you have not... then it's not the game for you.
