How can we get unique items in tire 10 -11 ???

If your item drops is only tier 10-11, the only way to get uniques is to draw in the shop. You can get a random unique in the shop even if you just started the game provided you have enough souls to spend. My tip is to save souls in 500 or more before drawing.

Okay... if you can't get anything, then upgrade your gear continuously to be strong enough to reach inferno mode. In that difficulty, you can get unique items in drops like this one. Bearzone completed his inferno set thru drops only by playing in inferno mode always.

Drawing in the shop takes patience. Sometimes it takes a lot of draws to get one but it is possible
