GRINDING.. HELP!!SOS!!!

Im level 53 right now... where should i grind for level and items? In the dark dungeon? Advice please... thanks

For Level : Avoid playing contineous stages/ dark dungeon straight. Try swapping after
subsequent shots. Adding some arena mission/light sanctuary in between will help !

For Items : Both stages/dark dungeon have similar drop rates. Keep grinding !
