I bought "first purchase pack" and i didn't recieved it

What should i do? I assume support won't reply xD ofc money was taken from my account

You can do something about it if you can contact Nanoo. Try to use the support feature found on the settings menu. Click the support button and the "contact us" selection. Fill in the needed info and upload pictures of the problem.

We don't know exactly sure when they will take action but it's better than do nothing.
