Why do i need to wait so long

I just want some souls but I need to wait 500 minutes, why is this?

This may be a bug of some sort and Nanoo can probably fix it. It happened many times before to other players I knew and was much worse than you have with more than 1,000 minutes more waiting time. In some cases, it was back to normal and get fixed
120 min. is the normal duration time.
