Hi, how I attach my Google Play account to save the progress?

I already have it installed. But when saving it says Googla play login required. Even tho I've attached this game to my Google Play games. Still can't save it.

In my Google Play games I see the game is connected to my Google Play account. The game thinks otherwise and can't fix it
