!!!!!IMPORTANT SEASON ONE GEM CROSSOVER NOTICE!!!!!!

My season one pass rewards are not transferring to season two as stated. I only received 100gems. I read that the season one pass would extend to the original season two start 11/19. But I received 100 gems not 200 gems for the season two change.

Only 100 gems for season two not two hundred gems. Please fix

I'm not getting my gems either and i have both packages.
