HACKER plz help report

This guy is a hacker but I don't know how to write their name. They use the fire arrow hero and have speed hacks make them go REALLY fast. Thank you if you help

It looks like the player is using the ultimate skill, which is used for speeding up after a roll. If the player is rolling multiple times and moving at a high speed, he/she is most likely not cheating. To counter the ever-dodging bowman, using a long ranged weapon characters such as a sniper or rocketeer is recommended. Thanks.

The first time I saw that character in action after being fully upgraded I thought the person was cheating also. It's just so fast lol
