Dotty nerf

Hi again.
I think hero dotty is too much overpowered, she is just spamming tnt's on the spawn zone in team mode and killing everyone in 1 hit, make her tnt to load slower like 5 sek when on lvl 1 and lower the explode radius by 25%

(I think ddotty is male, whocares) the explode thing in this game is kinda suck like renner grenade and tnt ddotty is sometimes big radius sometimes not

Fo real dotty is nothin without tnt (she/he/whatever is already useless (against wesker))
