Astra is broken

1. The flame sometimes shoot through wall
2. When has ultimate, astra is hard to hit (i think u need cap the speed limit)
3. Some projectile character like phoenix, yukio,etc .even cant hit astra when has ultimate (based on my gameplay)

Please if u can cap her speed ultimate, it will be so helpful
