Nanoo, please fix this bot problem

Sometimes i see somebody lvl high that act a bit weird, they do a break after killing someone then they turn around like know that someone has respawn without get any shot. Can anyone tell me is this becuz lag or maybe bot or hack? + this is just from my experience, so correct me if i wrong (sorry my bad english)

Maybe????,there are lots of bots,sometimes they don't shoot u when u are standing still in front of them and sometimes they even kill u in a split second when u are running with a lvl 12 astra which runs very very fast and I have one of lvl 12 astra.the fun fact is that If u play at odd times u will get 70-80% bots in game and it becomes too much boring
