What has happened to my hp? Now being killed by single shot from level 1 players, this didnt used to happen until recently

Yeah last time I also died by one shot from a level-3 player .Beside that I have to shoot him from 5-6 shot (I used Brandon) to kill him .I think the creator must repair the game
