Purchase question

For the special purchase where it states 5x gain. Is the a 20 minute 5x exp gain or a permanent gain in exp/resources? It’s not clear

I think it is gain in money you save from the package. 4x gain would be the amount in normally cost, So 25 with 4x gain would be 100 normal cost.
