How to kill the enemy on the ground?

I couldn’t shoot the enemy on the ground, and keep dying. Can someone please let me know any tips?

Make sure your gun is on the same level as the enemy's head. If you're having trouble shooting the enemy move towards bottom a little and aim. Hope this helps.
