About survival days

Does it makes any difference to survive for many days?

I mean, give some bonuses or just statistics?

From what I have noticed the only difference is when you complete a danger area I have the option (sometimes) to get 2 bronze and 2 silver badges from the chests, I am on day 1400 I believe it was around 1000 when I started seeing silver badges
