No Friendslist Functionality?

Am I the only one with a completely useless friend button?

At game launch i could see friends, send gifts, etc. Right now what I’m staring at is a “S” reward purple button at a zero cooldown Every reward tier is zeroed out, I have no friends on screen and the add buttons top right are missing.
