Why i didn't get any reward for s survivor event?

Hi. I posted 4 s survivors, but didn't get any reward. I want to know why you ignored my post

hello, they only reward you for 1 post of S or S+ Survivor that u have acquired. Making additional posts will not get more reward. And it is likely that you have already gotten the reward in ur inbox sometimes ago. You can trace back to all ur previous post and there should be a “Rewarded” word written in purple next to ur first ever S/S+ post. ^^

I understand your frustration. I didnt get rewarded either..neither did my husband. If you look theres a ton of people that never got rewarded..not very fair in my opinion.

All the posts have been rewarded. If any are missing, please contact support with the post link.

Correction i guess I got my reward. I just don't remember getting it. I think it's because the message with the reward was not memorably tied to this event. I don't remember any of the messages that i got having a headline that stated it was for participating in the event
