Can’t get nightmare gem in nightmare dungeon’s portal

That just makes no sense to me. If that’s the case then everyone should just give up the portal to avoid potential death since you only have one chance in nightmare mode

By portal I meant secret dungeon

Yup i reported it a few days ago,
There is meant to be a new currncy “transdimensional stone” as reward but isnt implemented yet,
Sadly no substitute to it, so just avoid for now
