Please repair my account

I played too much in this game and got one of the most powerful team of heroes in this game.
But after I changed the phone and saved/loaded the account the abilities of warrior that is 60-th level are not available anymore. Please, repair my account as I cannot play anymore. I donated pretty much in this game. I attach my profile ID so you can recognize me
