Merge Dungeon — A Heartfelt Farewell (Service Ending September 15, 2025)

Dear Adventurers,

We have some bittersweet news to share. After many amazing adventures together, Merge Dungeon will be concluding its service on September 15, 2025. 

This was not an easy decision, and it comes with a heavy heart.

We can’t thank you enough for your support and the moments we’ve shared along the way. 

Your dedication and love for the game have meant a lot to us.

Below is the schedule and important information regarding the conclusion of service and refunds.

Key Dates

• Service conclusion: September 15, 2025

• Paid item sales end: Starting August 13, 2025, items will be removed from sale gradually.

We kindly ask that you avoid making paid purchases after this announcement.

Refund Information

Request period: August 14, 2025 to October 15, 2025

Eligible for refund

• Any unused purchases made between July 13 to August 13, 2025

Not eligible

1. Purchases made before August 14, 2025

2. Bonus currency/items included with a purchase

3. Event rewards

4. Paid currency/items that have already been used

Please Note

• Refunds may be processed after the request period ends, depending on volume.

• Some refunds may not be possible due to store/market policies.

• Please attach your store receipt to avoid delays.

• Fraudulent claims (using someone else’s info or altered receipts) will be canceled and may result in legal action.

• Refund requests made after October 15, 2025 cannot be accepted.

• Accounts under penalties or restrictions are not eligible for refunds.
