please check if there are some bug in the game

I tried to pay 100¥（two times of the payment which can cancel the adv. and improve hero's ability. )However, when I finished the payment, there was nothing award sent to me. So I lost 100RMB, which equals to about 17 US$. Please give me some ways to slove this problem.
