Screen freezes

Great game, however I am unable to join a guild or form a party. I am also unable to make a lunchbox. Anytime i try to open an interface to do one of the above activities, my game screen freezes and i must restart the game. I am using an Ipad Pro. Please fix this issue devs as the game is very fun, yet core mechanics are unaccessible due to the issues.
