Crafting lc equipment does not work

Tried crafting 2 orbs 2 helmets and a chest piece and they are all gone idk what happened and why the hek does equipment just get deleted if ur inv is full thats so stupid. Please fix this

my inventory isnt even full and i crafted 2 orbs and they're gone...
