Roll back

I first upgraded my weapon from UR to LR, then the game crashed and I need to restart the game. Then I notice that my combat power didn't change and my weapon grade is back to UR and my mats to upgrade the weapon already consumed. I tried to upgrade one more time my weapon wasting additional materials. The same thing happened for the second time, the game crashed then when I logged in back to the game my weapon is back to UR but the system consumed my materials for upgrade ugh!!!

Please checm my account, rollback on my char after upgrading my weapon happened twice and the sad part about this roll bacm is that my mats was consumed lol
