BUG: Lost 4 A skins and 600 diamonds

Hey pls check my account id 10037118936, around 6.23PM gmt +7 17/5/2021. I failed to pay 1200 gem in 4 skins A fusion, but it still took me 600gem but i didnt recieve any A or S skin.
