Lock for lvl up too 250

How? I have like 1% of one lvl if i kill monster one hours. How i can get the lvl 250 i'm lvl 241

With boost exp, you need to know that now you have X6 exp event, and get lvl 240 is very dificult to reach without X6 exp booster, but, you have some ways to easy level up like monster yard, but you need to fight monster more and more dificult

Do the pop quest also dont forget the dungeons as well
