Skin fuse percent ?

What's the percentage of fusing skins...can't go past A quality they all keep failing and giving me an A in return...if it is so low then can we get other ways to get more skins besides the 6 purchases allowed per day ?

Base 7.5% chance and it increases during event. I tried more than 20 times fusing and still got 1 S skin.
If u maintaining the x5 event, compound rate is 15%. If not, it is 13.5%.
