Purchase Error

Hi, do anyone else has the following error?
Whenever i make a purchase, the first time would not pass, payment is made and my credit card was charged but the game will return an error and state to contact support.
Second time will work.

Thus i would have to go through the hassle everytime to seek for refund and initially spend double the money to receive only 1x items.
