Need a little bit of help

So I'm level 292 with a CP of 41b ... im at a point where I dont seem to be earning much xp ... I cant seem to get any higher doing dungeons and when I farm the tower I'm not getting any materials to craft new gear (or even the material to craft the finest material) ... is there something I'm doing wrong?
