Auto hunt lvl drop by itself?

New to the game and reached auto level to 37.
Today morning i noticed that auto level had dropped to 30 by itself, is that normal thing that happens to everyone?

Rollback do happens sometimes, Just force save the game by watching ads in the shop before u exit the game
