Is this the way to level via dungeons

So I have been trying to level via dungeons from 290-293 ... what I do is leave the game on auto and if I get to a point that it takes longer then a minute to auto kill the boss I'll drop the floors by 200 and let it auto play again ....... is this the proper way people level via dungeons ???

I would recommend u to use super sonic fever accompany with dungeons and yea until a point that u keep dying and not progressing and reset it

Aside from super sonic fever, also try to use the syringe to not get stunned, this helps aswell.
