Need GM Please.

I need to talk to a GM or someone regarding Crafting. I wrote twice to the bug section and haven't heard from anyone. I spent $ on Crafting supplies to craft a Meter black magician orb. As soon as it crafted the game crashed i logged right back in. It's gone along with my recipe all the ingredients including my Diachakra orb. I saved for weeks to craft it please respond as soon as possible. Thank you.
