iOS device payment error

There was a payment error for iOS device on launch today, but it’s currently fixed.
 
If there are any users with that have paid but not received items purchased, contact Support (on the side menu) with a screenshot of the receipt included. We’ll try to compensate with coupons for you.

I'm having a serious issue. I'm trying to purchase the 24 hour special for $6.99 and all I'm getting is Network Error 404: Not Found. And there's only 3 hours left for the deal. I won't purchase consumable IAP but I would have purchased this. The problem is on your end. I've rebooted and restarted. I've tapped the button over and over and all I get is that error.
No reply. Now the offer is expired and I'm screwed out of it. To make matters worse I got a reply from your email system and the handler asked for more information. The problem is he responded from a read only email address. You can't respond. You guys really need to get your act together. Why should I not delete this game after this?

Again, I did. And it didn't help. The handler sent me an email requesting more information. I hit reply and typed it out and hit send. I got a notification the response was rejected because it was a read on email address. So here I am. And you are telling me to use that same system. Again you guys need to get your act together.
