Support staff aren't replying!?

I was playing when the game closed, so I went to start playing again and everything was gone. I had emailed them and they asked for receipts but since then I've had no reply. I've sent numerous messages on Facebook that have been seen but ignored. Im just annoyed at how little they seem to care about us customers/players..

its the same with me... I bought souls and did not recive them and they are'nt replying about my problem
