NETWORK ERROR, PROBLEM WITH GOOGLE PLAY LOG IN AND QUESTIONS

1.)Am i the only 1 experiencing the problem regarding the google play log in.How to fix this? 2.) Im a f2p player, and the ads with gold and potions is a great help. but when i tried to click it says network problem?(i got stable internet connection) 3.)Can i play this game in other device just using my google play to continue my progress?(if i fixed prob. 1) 4.)(regarding the game) what is the drop rate of each rarity of items. cos theres no epic loot i get in normal mode.(maybe in hell?) 5.)are there bugs or problems in the recent update? because i read the threads and others cant play. so if i update,my progress will reset. thanks
