Never received souls

It's been 2 days after submitting to support and never received my souls. This is the second time this happened. It let's me buy them then after I go through paypal it says canceled. Please fix this glitch everything else is fine and I love this game. Also please look at my submission for my souls I really need them now.Also tapjoy never sent me my 100 souls for getting to level 5 on mobile strike l'vr tried even leveling to 9 and sent them multiple tickets/emails. Thanks
