Problem

Hello. My name is Mariano and i'm Italian... So, I have a problem that i can't resolve in anyway. Even if I completed some google play objects/missions, the game (or google play) doesn't recognize them... How can I resolve?? Thanks. P.s. sorry for my bad English. P.p.s. I found infernal helmet, i was too lucky.
