Broken offer

I did one of the offers to get free souls the offer stated that if I downloaded the game "game of war" and get the stronghold building up to level 5 then it would give me 220 souls so I did that and 40 minutes later I came back to receive my 220 souls and it wasn't nowhere to be found the mail was empty and the offer disappeared
