Video bug??

Has anyone else had the problem of watching a video for rewards and when your done watching you exit the video and your game crashes and you have to login again but no reward is waiting for you.

God dammit I have not played darksword in about 1week I come back to play it and all my game data is gone I have not changed device or uninstalled the game I simply have not logged in for 7 days what the hell I have put money into this game and now it seems that was for nothing. It won't load from Cloud save either this is complete and utter BS please help.
