Game data lost

So my game data is gone hadn't played in about 1week I logged in last night and nothing there it says previous game data exist would you like to load hit load and game loads as though I'm a new player at level1 . After spending money on this game and leveling to 84 and starting on lnferno level I'm really put out by this I want my game data back so I can play again.
