Farzad, since the game isn't real time, there are times the opponent is fighting another player simultaneously.

 

In this case, while your match is in progress, your opponent has fought and lost resulting in his lowered rank.

 

And so, even if you have won, you will be ranked lower since your rank will be swapped with the lost opponent's rank.
