24 hour stamina potion bug :(

Just started over with brand new chara and bought a 24hr stamina potion for 50 souls, but once I ran out of stamina it asked me to replenish. I've used them before with no problem on my old acct but this time it isn't working...anyone having a similar problem? I'm using Android OS
