At what stage can any one get unique sword

Can any body tell me that at what stage the get inferno unique sword?? I m tired. Can i even get it..? at level104... dark stage last level of difficulty... still waiting..

Well i got 2 unique item from shop when lvl 35, lightning sword and inferno helm. I keep soul till 600 and spend it 6xtimes 100x6. And when i lvl 104 got another inferno helm at dark stage lvl 2

It drop at datk stage, i hope u will get unique item too
