Transfer upgrade Dilema ??

Does transfer upgrade with 70 souls even works.
Yesterday i lost 70 souls and game was frozen and upgrade didn't happen.
But i lost mine 70 souls.

I never have any troubles with transfer upgrade or resetting stats. Perhaps trouble in your device. Next time try do it while u being offline
