Unique Items drop location?

Hi ! I searched where unique items looted but i can't find any information...

 

I already know that you can have them from the shop, and a few informations on the DARK set but i didn't understand them.

For example, the DARK sword is still a mystery, i barely understood that you can have the other parts on the DARK difficulty.

 

So, here are my questions :

 

Where can you loot each of the unique set ( shop exclued ) ?

What's the hell with the DARK Dungeon? Can we really loot the DARK sword on the ending boss of each level or we need to go to the last level et finish it to have the DARK sword?

This question has been asked multiple times and never gets a descriptive answer, because it seems no one really knows. The majority of my unique drops came from level end bosses on hell difficulty and up. From the store I've only ever received legendary items. Best bet is to just keep farming.

I got DARK helmet from shop. Also, Hell difficulty is the 3rd or the 4th one? Thanks for your answer !

The descriptions are in the announcement .. dark sword is farmed in dark dungeon last boss ice dragon .. can find him at random chance
