Is this possible

I got my rear handed to me by a lvl16 in tier 1 gear gray weapon well im lvl40+ in tier 13 all legendary.

How does someone with such low lvl and gear get such high health and damage to 1 shot someone like me.

Hacker ...lots of them just ignore maybe gm or nanoo will do something...hope they banned them

Someone use hack's or bots. I sow in google a many programs whose help in game . Its strange why admin dont work with thys problem .

No they spend alot of money buffing up their equipment.
