Hi, I have not received​ my purchase from Dark sword!?

Hi, can I please get some help? I bought the item listed as The Power Stone pack in the limited item listing. Just after purchasing the limited item Dark Sword crashed and I was forced to close it. I never received the 30$+ purchase after all this. I just made the purchase a few minutes ago and I already see my money in my Google play account reduced after purchasing the limited item. Please help!?
